First Tour Stop: Bucharest, Romania 🇷🇴
The European Roundnet Association (EURA) is proud to launch the 2026 European Tour Series. Our mission is to deliver high-quality competitive environments across Europe’s premier venues. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or a rising talent, our format ensures a maximum number of matches, featuring a guaranteed placement bracket for teams that exit during the knockout stages.
1. Registration Process & Timeline

Phase 1: Initial Registration Window (Lottery)

Open: February 9th at 8:00 AM CET

Close: February 11th at 8:00 PM CET

Registering during this window enters you into the Lottery Draft. It does not guarantee immediate acceptance.

Phase 2: Lottery Results (February 12th)
-
Results will be emailed to all teams on February 12th.

Division sizes may be adjusted based on demand and will be updated on the tournament page on this date.

Phase 3: Second Registration Round (February 13th)

A second round of registrations opens on February 13th at 8:00 AM CET.

These remaining spots are allocated on a first-come-first-serve principle.

Phase 4: Payment Deadline (1 week after successful registration)

Selected teams (from the Lottery) must complete payment by February 18th to secure their spot.
- Teams registered after the lottery must complete payment within 1 week of registration confirmation

Important: Teams that fail to pay by this deadline will be automatically removed from the tournament.

2. Membership Requirements
To maintain a high standard of competition and insurance coverage, all participants must hold a valid EURA Membership.

Mandatory Status: Tournament hosts reserve the right to refuse entry to any player without an active membership.

How to Join: Detailed instructions on obtaining or renewing your membership will be sent out via email to all registered participants and communicated on EURA social media channels.
3. Tournament Logistics

Surface: Professional-grade artificial turf.

Schedule: Full itinerary to be announced (TBA).

Divisions: Open, Women, and Mix (Pro & Contender levels).
-
Pro Qualification: To ensure competitive integrity, please verify your status on the EURA Pro Player List.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please note the following refund tiers based on the registration deadline:

When I left the lottery pot for mixed pro to change my team, it suppressed first my team in woman division and then I had to suppress again the mixed team and redo both subscriptions. Just a glitch, but it happened twice with me and once with my boyfriend. Just so you know to comunicate for the later development of the website.
