Hello all,

on 27 & 28.05 we will organize our second Kojoten Cup in Karlsruhe.

Here is the most important information:

Registration

Start of registration is Monday, 27.03. at 18:00. The registration is open until 30.03. at 18:00.

The teams will be selected by lottery.

The registration fee is 33€ per team or 30€ per team with two RG members.

Divisions:

Please note that the surface is not the same for all divisions!

The men's and mixed tournament will take place on artificial turf.

The women's tournament will be played on normal grass. 

Steel/metal studs are not allowed on either surface!

Beginner/Intermediate Women

Beginner Men

Intermediate men

Sunday:

Intermediate Mixed

Schedule:
Registration: 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.

Tournament start: 10:00 a.m.

Tournament end: 17:30 h / 18:00 h

Location:

MTV Karlsruhe, Kanalweg 1, 76131 Karlsruhe, Germany

The connection with public transport is unfortunately not optimal. However, with a Nextbike/E-Scooter, the location can be reached in 15 minutes from the main train station. Parking is available directly at the MTV.

Catering:

The catering will be ordered at the end of the tournament day or during the final and is included in the tournament fee.

For dinner we will provide one vegetarian and one vegan dish. This is included in the tournament fee.

For lunch you have to organize yourselves! It is best to bring something with you, there is no shopping possibility around the MTV. Small snacks and drinks will be provided.

Organizational matters:
Feel free to send us an email to the address above if you need sleeping places. Requests for sleeping places via Instagram etc. will be ignored! Thank you for your understanding.

To finally confirm your place, please transfer the registration fee by 10.04.23.

Otherwise the teams from the waiting list will move up. :)
