Serving in a row
Level 1

a lot
The players line up on 2 opposite sides of the net in 2 rows one behind the other. The first player in one of the rows serves the ball to the first player in the opposite row. The accepting player must catch the ball at best, but at least touch it. The player who has caught the ball is next in line with the serve. The player who has made the serve stands in line on the other side. A good option for serving if there are not many sets that can be used.
Variations:
- as hard as possible
- as wide as possible
- as safe as possible (foul serve = push-ups)
- hit onto the weak hand of the receiving player
- hit with the weak hand
- Pushups for the receiver if they do not touch the ball (clean ace)
