Footwork training with a ladder. Exercises are highly effective and can be found in plentiful supply on the internet. Quick feet will be trained which are super important for movement around the net. Always start from one end roughly 5m from the ladder. Quick approach, throught the ladder and 5m quick sprint after the ladder. Slowly back to the starting point and repeat in sets of 10.
