RG Skill Tool
Choose the answer that most applies to you
Positioning
You are alert and ready to receive the ball when it moves in your direction. You are only moving a little of the 360 degrees around the net.
When defending, you try to position yourself actively opposite your partner and not in the back of the opposing team. A lot of the time the ball is hit somewhere where you are not standing.
You know one or more running paths that you can use to defend after the serve. You can adapt to the definive style of your partner quickly.
You can adapt and change your rehearsed running routes during the match to the style of play and strengths of the opposing team.
