With great anticipation, we invite you to join us in experiencing the first Eisvögel Cup in the enchanting city of Tübingen - a tournament that caters to both beginners and advanced players, offering captivating games and thrilling encounters!

Registration:

Through a lottery process

Registration Start: 06.08.23, 6:00 PM

Registration End: 10.08.23, 11:00 PM

Afterward, the 'First Come, First Serve' principle applies.

Registration Fee:

The registration fee per team is €33 (€30 for RG members).

Location:

Games will be played on a small grass field. Studded shoes (with the exception of metal studs) are allowed on the field.

Travel:

You have the option to park directly in front of the sports field. However, as there are only a limited number of parking spaces available, we kindly ask you to consider alternative transportation methods such as taking the train. From the main train station, you can reach the opposite side of the Neckar River (Aeulestraße) in 10 minutes by taking bus line 22, from where you can directly access the pedestrian bridges to reach us.

Catering:

A delicious vegan lunch is included in the registration fee. Further details will be provided soon.

Fruits and snacks will be available throughout the day.

Our club restaurant, located right at the venue, will be open from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and from 6:00 PM onwards.

You will have the opportunity to refill your water bottles on-site.

Alcoholic or other refreshing drinks will be available for donations.

Divisions:

• Beginner Men (8 teams)
• Intermediate Men (16 teams)
• Beginner Women (8 teams)
• Intermediate Women (8 teams)

The size of the divisions and the possibility of combining divisions will be determined after the lottery process.

Schedule:

Starting at 8:00 AM, you will have the opportunity to warm up on the field and register.

We plan to begin gameplay at 9:00 AM.

Lunch break around 12:00 PM, followed by knockout rounds.

As we have a floodlight system on-site, we are not under time pressure. The tournament is scheduled to end between 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM.

Game System:

Detailed information regarding group sizes and the game system will be provided in the upcoming weeks.

Sanitary Facilities:

Toilets, showers, and changing rooms will be available at the sports field, ensuring your comfort.

Terms of payment and cancellation:

By signing up for the tournament you accept the existing terms of payment and cancellation.  These are the following:

• Starting fee must be transfered to the account of the event organizer at least 14 days after receipt of confirmation of registration.

• If the payment deadline is not met, the organizer reserves the right to exclude the respective teams from participation.

• If a team cancels less than 14 days before the start of the tournament, 50% of the entry fees will be refunded.

• If a team cancels less than 7 days before the start of the tournament, the entry fees will not be refunded.
