On the weekend Saturday, 08.06.2024 and Sunday, 09.06.2024 the 1st Oelder Roundnet Cup will take place at the municipal sports facility on Kreuzstraße in Oelde. 

For a registration fee of 25€ you can participate in one of the divisions. (The registration fee for RG members is 20€)

Divisions:

Saturday:

Basic Women: 8 teams
Basic Open: 24 teams

Sunday:

Basic Mixed: 16 teams
Intermediate Mixed: 16 teams


Pack your sports gear and come to the first Oelder Roundet Cup. The game will be played on Spikeball-Pro nets. 

Registration start: 22.04.2024 at 06:00 am via lottery pot
-The lottery pot will take close on 25.04. at 18:00 hrs. the draw will take place shortly afterwards.

Catering
In order to keep the registration fee low, we will not provide lunch. There will be fruit and a few snacks available. 

Mode of play
The game will be played on natural grass, in groups and a knockout phase. More information will follow!

Sanitary facilities
Toilets, showers and changing rooms are available at the sports field. So you should want for nothing.

Overnight accommodation 
Unfortunately, it is not possible to stay overnight at the sports facility.
We try to offer as many sleeping places as possible in our community

Footwear
Studded shoes with aluminum studs are not permitted. However, you can wear multi-cam shoes or normal soccer shoes with plastic studs. Please also check the Roundnetgermany rules to see which shoes are allowed/prohibited.

Since we will be playing on natural grass, it is recommended to wear shoes with plastic studs or multi-cams.

Refunds: 

So that we have planning security, we cannot refund last-minute cancelations. Cancellations at short notice are 2 weeks before the tournament.

Oelde is connected to the federal highway 2 Oberhausen-Berlin with two junctions. Oelde can also be reached by train. Oelde railroad station is on the Hamm-Minden line. It is served every hour by the RE 6 "Rhein-Weser-Express" and the RB 69 "Ems-Börde-Bahn", so there is a half-hourly service.

The Oelder Jahnstadion is a 15-minute walk from the station. There are plenty of parking spaces on site. Unfortunately, there is no bus connection to the stadium.
