Frühlings-Mixed der Wuppertal Elephants

Dear all,

After winter ❄️, spring 🌷 famously follows. That's exactly why we, too, want to kick off the roundnet spring with a new tournament at the Elephants!

Therefore, we warmly invite you to our spring tournament and look forward to exciting matches and lots of fun 💛.

🙋‍♂️ Registration:

The tournament slots will be allocated by lottery. All teams have time to register for the lottery from 04.03.24 6 am to 07.03.24 6 pm. After that, the places will be drawn. If there are fewer teams than available places, the remaining places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

⚡ Divisions:

• Basic Mixed: 16 Teams
• Intermediate Mixed: 16 Teams
• Advanced Mixed: 12 Teams

Start of registration: 8:00 am
Tournament start: 9:30 am
End of tournament: approx. 6 pm

Sanitary facilities: Toilets, showers, and changing rooms are available for everyone. 

Parking spaces are available.

🍴 Catering:

A vegetarian/vegan lunch is included in the registration fee. Drinks can be purchased on-site.

For the sake of the environment, please bring a plate, cutlery, and your own cup 🥰!

📓 Rules: 

The tournament will be played according to the rules of the Deutschen Fachverbandes Roundnet Germany e.V. - Rules Roundnet (Spikeball) - Roundnet Germany

❌ Payment and cancellation policy:

Registration fee:
33 € per team and 30 € per team if both participants are RG members at the time of registration  

Teams that have not paid seven days before the tournament must be removed for organizational reasons. Teams that move up or register a maximum of one week before the tournament must transfer the participation fee within three working days. For calculation reasons, a refund of the tournament fee is only possible if another team moves up. 

Solidarity surcharge:
The Roundnet Germany solidarity surcharge provides financial support for the tournament fee. If you are short of money, you can find out more here.
